Drive in took forever. Cupos could only be redeemed once. Food was not put together properly (foreign food and that last time)

As with all, nobody can really speak German and understands what you want, that breaks everything, but it's annoying about everything

In Corona mode, if you want to eat in a restaurant, you first have to disinfect your hands. A lady at a reception desk then asks to fill out the contact form. Then you can order at the touch terminal, at the counter currently does not work. You can have the food brought to your table. If you don't want any of that, you can also use the McDrive - without a form.

I find it really exciting how for years we have consistently put employees with the worst knowledge of German at the drive desk. Sometimes I don't understand at all what the person on the other end wants from me. Miserable personnel management.
